章红波（Joseph H. Zhang），美国孟菲斯大学会计学教授，博士生导师。章教授在国际金融与会计知名权威期刊如Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, Accounting Horizons, Accounting and Finance Research, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting等发表学术论文近四十余篇。目前，担任Managerial Auditing Journal等多家知名英文期刊副主编。研究兴趣主要包括审计和财务会计。
