傅正擎,美国南卡罗莱那大学生物学系副教授。本科毕业于江西农业大学植物保护系。曾经获得江西省大学新闻写作竞赛一等奖和全国大学生新闻写作竞赛二等奖,随后在南京农业大学和夏威夷大学分别获得植物病理学硕士学位。2002来到美国中西部University of Nebraska-Lincoln,师从Dr. Jim Alfano,并于2007年首次报道了植物领域或者是植物病原菌上的首次mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase的酶活性极其靶标。2008,加入美国Duke University董欣年院士实验室从事博士后研究。在2012年报道植物激素水杨酸的受体。2013年加入南卡罗莱那大学生物学系。先后获得美国NSF资助三项。2019获得南卡大学Breakthrough Star荣誉称号。傅正擎博士在植物-病原微生物相互作用领域,尤其是水杨酸介导的植物免疫信号转导方向取得了丰硕的科研成果。以通讯/第一作者身份在Nature、Cell Host & Microbe、Molecular Plant、Science Advances、Plant Physiology、New Phytologist、Journal of Experimental Botany、Trends in Plant Science等学术期刊发表多篇高水平学术论文。近三年来,更加酷爱和热衷于写作。于2022年撰写和发表各类文章15篇。
